There was a group of young men who organized a merchants' union to stand their ground against local thugs, protecting their livelihoods with their own hands.

But after endless violence, the world branded them as gangsters too, leaving them with no way out and no future ahead.

That was when Tae-cheol, their leader, made a decision.

"If we're going down this road, let's go to Seoul and become the real kings of the underworld."

Kwon Taesu, Kim Mingyu, and others who shared his ambition answered the call, and together, they set off for the massive concrete jungle of Seoul.
